Bcm 50 line pick up

I'm having a problem with a customer's bcm 50 when dialing out on line 063.
When it dials out and the other side picks up the line seems to "double" answer.
Ex: dial - someone answers - then there voice mail answers.
Or if they have no voice mail I hear the busy signal but conversation can still insue. Any programming issue I am over looking or is this a faulty bcm 50.
 
Does this happen every time you use line063.

Is it the number you dial or does it happen on different numbers.

Could e a line problem on the line it's self.
Crossed line in the network.

Get your telco to check the line
 
Happens all the time no matter which number is dialed.
I thought it was the line as well but I tried 5 of the 9 lines coming in and it's the same issue. People on the other end are saying that they ate actually getting 2 calls in at the same time.
 
Sounds like your half taped on the lines. Check your cross connect. Also take you test set and make calls from the lines in front of the BCM and does the same thing happen.
 
The cross connect cable looks good.
Used the test set before the phone system and that tested good.

Also found that if any line is connected to line 063 that I get the same double dial issue on line 062. When cable removed from line 063, line 062 functions properly. Maybe it is amphenol connection. A will have to check off houra for that one.
