bcm 50 line 1 will not break dialtone

I have already replaced the bcm 50 with a new one and I had it work fo about a month and then line one started doing it again line one will not break dialtone

All patches applied? There were some issues with analog trunks in BCM 50 - the cumulative patch 1 for BCM 50 includes that patch.

Biv is right. This is a known issue on BCM 50 early release. Patch it up~
