BCM 50 ip address 2

I have a customer who was abandoned by their technician (or they abandoned him). The receptionist has had her computer replaced and has lost the icon for the BCM. I have tried the ip address that is hand writen on the BCM case. how do I find the current ip address, and will it continue to change once I give her an icon on her desktop?

F9*8 and then login the usual way. Press the NEXT key a couple of times to see the IP address.

If your onsite you Can also just go into Element manager off the console port login via admin presuming it's not been changed and use Element manager to either keep the same IP or use a new one.

You can also use element manager to "find" the BCM50. But Feature 9*8 is the easiest.
