BCM 50 HUNT GROUP

Hi:
I have a BCM 50 with analog lines
I set up AA with CCR option 1 transfer DN 204
I want when dial option 1 goes 204 if no answer goes to
202 an then 221
I configured hunt group 397 with 202 and 221 and configured 204 with no answer HG, BUT..
When i dial option 1 rings to 204 if no answer rings one time in 202 and return to AA
What´s wrong

disable the tree and then make the change for path 1 from 204 to 397. It should work

I had a similar problem a while back. Try turning off delayed ring transfer. see if that works.

the tip is: DRT must be major than hunt delay
