Hi First post,

Hunt Group consists of x226,x221,x222 in that order.

I have set-up the main number to ring the hunt group 01 Ringing handset x226 first for 4 rings which it does, I then want it to ring x221 next then ring finally x222 that then follows onto voicemail of x222

No matter what group configuration ringing whether rotary or distribute etc, the sequence wont change from this:> It rings x226 4 rings it then rings x222 and just appears on x221 but then goes to the voicemail of x222, also when you answer x222 it continues to ring although the busy DND is ticked.

I have a pretty good understanding of this system to a intermidiate level so I have checked the obvious but I'm now stumped.

Can someone explain how or why its doing it please.

Your help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

How is the HG setup? Sequential ringing?

Be sure all line appearances are removed from the 3 phones. Remember that NG do not follow the phones forwarding rules.

I would use 2 HG's. First rings exit 226, overflow to Second HG with 221 as the only member which then overflows to ext 222.

Thanks for that after a bit of fiddling seems to be working fine.

Two HG and removed line appearance. Fingers crossed

Thanks for your help
