BCM 50 Fax keeps going down

Have a BCM 50 rel 1.0 that has unified meesaging with fax capabilities. I have a voice mail box set up to auto answer for faxes.That works great most of the time. The trouble is that every couple of weeks it gets where it rings no answer on an incoming fax. I reboot the bcm and all is great. Anyone have a similiar problem and know the solution. Thanks

Still having this problem, anybody know of a patch or something that will fix this. Have to reboot the BCM50 to be able to receive faxes. Otherwise it just rings no answer.

If this is on the internal analog stations no, but if on a GASM you can check to make sure that the number 1 country dip switch is set to "on" for enhanced mode and also make sure you do not have the "E" version which is a bad listed version of GASM.

No, this is where faxes goes into a mailbox. No analog station. Using unfied messaging, so they view their faxes and then print or send them accordingly.
