BCM 50 Extension Name Not Going to CS1k Over Voip

Hi ,

I have recently set up a H.323 link between a BCM 50 and a CS1K 5.5l. The problem is that the names coming from the cs1k is excellent but when calling to the cs1k all that displays on those sets is HXXXX. Can some say if the BCM 50 can send the names to the CS1k and if so what should I change in the CS1k because I think that I have exhausted every possible settings in the BCM 50.

You have to enter the Bussiness name in the BCM . Most of the time it is the location of the office then the CLID would show the location and name. I think it is in general settings.

Do you have MCDN keycode in your Bcm?
