bcm 50 errror getting host info under ip subsystem tab

i am having exact same issue as this user.

i found answer.you have to go to admin.tab to back up resore
press restore choose restore from factorydefault
when window comes up w/ check boxes uncheck everything except
to data services and network services.and continue with the restore.
