BCM-50 (Element Manager) - Can not get calls to roll correctly?

(First post, be nice!)

In the midst of setting up our new location, and I can NOT get the BCM to correctly roll calls (right term?). What we are trying to do is have the assistants phone ring 4 times, and then roll to managers if they are away from their desks.

Any tips?

That would be forward no answer. Change it to the MGR's Ext. But the asst. wont get voice mails only VM tranfers. You can put answer DN on the manger for the asst's phone but both will ring at same time.

cook, if it goes to voice mail it should look for the original dialed ext to see if it has a mailbox.
