Hi Folks,

I have a network of 3 BCM's and just added a fourth. The new switch is a BCM50 and draws its dial tone off of a PRI on a BCM400. The phones on the new switch have dn's in the 5400 range and DID's with the last 4 in the 7000 range. When I dial a DID I go directly to the correct phone. When I dial the DN from another switch on the network, I go directly to the reception phone. I have a target line programmed on the phone with the DN as the private received and the last 4 of the DID as the public received. In the other switches I have a destination code of 54A programmed to use the correct line pool. I can call station to station on the other 3 switches and copied the programming to the new switch.

Any ideas why internal calls would be routed to the recept?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I only have time to do it right.
I don't have time to do it twice!

If you don't have MCDN in it you cannot use the private received digit field. You'll have to use 2 different target lines for each DID and just use the publuc received digit fieldl.
