I have a BCM 50 and occasionally the voicemail is unreachable for people. Voicemail doesn't pick up when people call and people cannot check their own. The temporary fix I've done is to do a backup in Element Manager because it reboots CallPilot and it works after. Has anybody else had this problem? Any suggestions on how to fix this? Element Manager is 2.05 at this point but I have purchased 3.0.
