BCM 50 callpilot Manager trouble

I have a problem with 2 different BCM 50’s, both are r2. The problem is when I launch callpilot manager I get an error that says “A network problem was encountered. Please check your network settings.” I get the same error from different computers that I try from, I have 24 of these systems out there, all reachable over my wide area network, and these are the only 2 I have trouble with.
Has anyone seen this before?
 
I have but I never really looked into it because it did not affect accessing the Call Pilot interface. I usually just say OK and go on my merry way.

it does affect my access, it takes me back to the log in screen, somtimes I can see mailboxes for a sec, then it gives me the error and kicks me back to the log in screen.
 
You will get that if you have you wireless on your PC enabled.
