bcm 50, call pilot missing

I bought a BCM 50 from an unauthorized dealer. Nortel will not allow customers like me to download software from their website. I am unable change the auto attendant's outgoing message - presumably because I am missing the call pilot icon and associated software. Does anyone have suggestions? 1) am I correct that I missing the callpilot software? 2)does anyone know how I can download it? 3) any other suggestions?

p.s. I am able to access the BCM 50 Element Manager

Sorry. I just realized that the call pilot is accessed from within the Element Manager. My bad.
