Hi all, can anyone help with how to forward calls automatically at preset times? We have six channels with two numbers. Channels 1 to 4 have the same phone number and we want to forward these lines to an outside number between 6pm and 9am. At other times, all unanswered calls go to answer phone. We dont want to redirect lines 5 and six at any time.
We are using a BCM50 in the UK where it has just been adopted by British Telecom... so engineers knowledge is a little limited and manual hard to follow due to american terminoligy.
Any help will much appreciated.
