I have a BCM 400 (Main office) with 3 remote offices (BCM 50's) connected via VoIP trunks. Inbound/outbound calls for all offices stem from the BCM 400 with a voice T-1. I have specific DID's routed to the remote offices. The following problems are occurring on 1 BCM only. The telco is telling us that the MPLS is running clean and between 17% - 20% capacity.
Fast busy when dialing in to remote office. The BCM monitor DOES NOT indicate all Voip trunks busy. No problems with the remote office dialing out via Voip.
Phantom calls ring into the remote office.
Dropped calls at the remote office
Inbound calls that ring a group of phones slowly lock up the ICM buttons for that group of phones.
7 days a week between 3 and 4 pm the BCM’s from the remote site to the main site max out the MPLS bandwidth for no reason. The telco indicated that my remote BCM 50 xxx.xxx.3.150 was maxing out the circuit to my main BCM 400 xxx.xxx.1.150 This was verified from the telco monitoring the circuit pointing out the ip’s in question. F.Y.I. The offices are closed on the weekends; there is no voice traffic.
Any ideas?
