I have a couple customers and they are all having the same issue with message forwarding. Every once in awhile the check box for message forwarding gets removed. They don't know how but they notice they are not getting voicemail to email anymore so they log back in call pilot as the user and the box is unchecked. I have one customer that has to go in 3 or 4 times a day and turn it back on. Are they doing something that turns it off? Is there a patch for this?
