BCM 50 6.0 message forwarding issue

I have a couple customers and they are all having the same issue with message forwarding. Every once in awhile the check box for message forwarding gets removed. They don't know how but they notice they are not getting voicemail to email anymore so they log back in call pilot as the user and the box is unchecked. I have one customer that has to go in 3 or 4 times a day and turn it back on. Are they doing something that turns it off? Is there a patch for this?
 
I'm heading out there tomorrow so I haven't looked at the patches yet. I know they haven't rebooted yet either. I didn't know if it was a known issue or not or if others have had the same issue.
 
I installed the latest patches on the system a couple weeks ago and it seemed to fix the problem. They called me back on Friday and it is doing the samething. Should i have them reboot every couple weeks? Is anyone else having this issue?

Note: They are on 5.0 software not 6.0
 
Message forwarding worked for me only when I removed Account Name and Password of SMTP Server in Callpilot->System Properties (left only Outgoing SMTP Mail/Proxy Server)
