I have a BCM 450 and MICS. There is a PRI connecting the 2 systems.
I have a route built on both sides to dial 8 plus 4 digit extension to either side. I am able to call from the 450 to the MICS but not from the MICS to the 450. I donot have MCDN in the system. Do I need it?

No you do not But do you have to have PRI code for the MICS!!!!!! IF you do not have them the MICS will not work I don't think that you can even set the card to a PRI you mite be able to set the 450 to a T1 and only use 23 IF you have PRI code for the MICS check the trucks routing to make shore that you are sending the call out on the rite truck also make shore that the truck on the 450 are set to auto answer make shore that the route on the MICS is not sending the 8 to the 450 this could make a loop back to the MICS and tie up 2 truck after making the call check the static of your T1 card to see if it is showing a truck busy this will tell you if the call went out to the BCM
