Having trouble finding out some info on call log options in active sets/capabilities and preferences. Customer wants to use Call Log and likes the results but I cannot answer a simple question:
"Available log space" and "log space" are numerical values but no where can I find what the number represents. They have an available log space of 3000 that goes down incrementally by each user amount added so it is dividing up the total 3000 among the users with the feature but 3000 what? 3000 characters? 3000 megabytes?
I cannot find it anywhere, including the Avaya support pages.
Thank you in advance for any assistance.

Calls!

A log space of 300 would mean it can show only up to 300 calls.
300 from the pool of 3000 means 2700 left now in the pool for other users.

If you had 100 users with a pool of 3000 (Available Log Space) then you could have 30 (Log Space) for each user.

It's best to enter in a value of e.g. 20 or 50 etc and if the call log isn't cleared, then you will be notified. The value can be increased. The feature is useful and I use it.
