BCM 450 question

Working on my first BCM 450. I am assigning a DSM32+ to MBM 2, the 2 DSM16s 20.1 and 21.1 are showing "Enabling...." but nothing happens on my T7316. I have tried the second new DSM32+, I have tried them on MBM 1. I know it's probably something simple but TPWD won't send us to training..Help !

Your slots start from the bottom 1 to 4. Be sure that in Telephony resources the cards configured matches the cards in the slots. Also all your Dip Switches should be set to ON.

Thanks foneman1 that did the trick...I knew it had to be something simple....
