BCM 450 Nortel Green Light Flashing Constantly

I have installed a BCM 450 Main, the system has DSM 32, DSM 16, G8X16, G8X16, however the power light remains standard green, the HDD-1 light remains standard green but the Nortel light keeps on flashing green.

I am able to ping to the BCM 450 10.10.11.1 but I cannot connect to it.

I have tried changing the power supply and I have even change the hard drive but no luck.

Any suggestions anyone HELP!!!

Is this a new installation? If so you will have to Putty into the drive & download the 450 image. The newer drives come with a multi image R1,R5,R6. You have to choose which release you want.
