I have setup unified messaging for Vmail to be forwarded to the users exchange server and set the action to delete upon opening the Email. Everything works (Vmail is forwarded to users exchange account and can be played) except that when sending the read or delivery receipt the MWI does not go out and the Vmail is not deleted from the Callpilot as it should. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Are the patches up to date? I remember having the same problem on a BCM50 rls 3 and installing the latest desktop patch fixed it.
