I am having an issue which appears to be a Call Pilot Problem.
We just purchased the Unified messaging key code and had our fax number ported to our t1. We built the target line and set the prime set to VM. Configured the mailbox in call pilot and it works perfect for about a day or so. Then all of sudden it stops working. the fax calls connect to vm and i hear fax tones but it drops the call and the fax never gets delivered.
We also have a ASM module that we use for out going faxes and that faxes just find so i know its not the T1.
I chaned the prime set to a DN of one of my fax machines and i get the faxes no problem. Once i set the Prime set back to VM i run into issues.
Does anyone know what this could be???
