BCM 450 Callpilot not transfering messages internally.

Customer has BCM 450 with latest software patches, The voicemail seems to be not transfering voice messeges internal, example: create group list then leave message for that group list with F980 and it all seems to work but the message never reaches the assigned mailboxs. Also will not work if you forward a message from a mailbox to another. Also seems this affects Record-a-call feature in the Contact Center due to the fact that all recorded message are transfering to a single mailbox. Any ideas on this? I have already tried rebooting VM and system.
 
New Install for the most part. It has been installed about a month now, didn't notice this not working properly till customer complained.
 
Are there any other symptoms? Such as canned prompts not playing.

I recently installed a 450 where none of the canned prompts would play. This included prompts for meet-me conf. and the default greeting if a user did not record a greeting. This is a known issue w/ Nortel.

I did a backup, did a level 2 reset, and restored my backup. This cleared up the issue.

Not sure if this is related to your issue.

All prompts personnal or defaults seem to play just fine. Error logs within then callpilot manager doesn't seem to show any errors on the systems either, even whatever is causing my problems. Have not tried level 2 reset yet. Might try that If the Nortel Engneering remoting into site today is unable to correct the problem.
