Customer has BCM 450 with latest software patches, The voicemail seems to be not transfering voice messeges internal, example: create group list then leave message for that group list with F980 and it all seems to work but the message never reaches the assigned mailboxs. Also will not work if you forward a message from a mailbox to another. Also seems this affects Record-a-call feature in the Contact Center due to the fact that all recorded message are transfering to a single mailbox. Any ideas on this? I have already tried rebooting VM and system.
