Bcm 450 call pilot unified messaging fax issues

Installed unified messaging on a new Bcm 450 with fax. Customer can receive and send faxes, But faxes get cut off in middle of transmision. it will only show a quarter of page in outlook. Some make it through fine but most are getting cut off in middle. Has anyone ran into this issue and found a solution?

I have the same issue on the same BCM model.

If you hve a PRI check the clocking and make sure it is set to primary. If it is not set right you will get this problem.
