BCM 450 6.0 Find me Follow me stopped working after replacing bad 1140

I have a BCM 450 6.0 and 1 of the 1140's stopped working so we replaced in with a good one but since this change Find me Follow me stopped working. Any ideas thanks in advance.

I'd look in the Call Pilot configuration against the phones mailbox. This is where the find me follow me is programmed.

Did you assign the same extn number to the new phone.

Yes same extension number and in Call Pilot shows the schedule we built and should be active just will not forward calls during the schedule time

Is the class of service set up correctly against the new extension. Have you looked in the Alarm table to see if any event has been recorded.
