Can not access system with EM or teleset. Have green led's flashing on BFT. Have rebooted system. Incoming and outgoing on PRI are working. Can not get in voicemail.
Thanks for any info good or bad

Usual answers apply here.

Power down and check everything is clean!. Check all cables are attached. If possible, check your hard disk is OK by connecting the hard drive to another computer.

Connect a monitor, keyboard and mouse onto the front of the BCM to monitor the power up process only!.

Check your capacitors on the BFT board. Any green ones, split or leaking etc indicates it's the problem!. Blue capacitors should be fine.

Remove all modules, clean them out and replace in the same housing again.

That's about all for the moment, but check that your MSC card is not loose.

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

It is the power company and waiting till after hours for shutdown. I have checked past post and it is good info on caps. etc, I, however did not see if it affected logging in from EM and teleset
Thanks again

All things being equal and your BFT has the blue capacitors, your hard drive is toast. Replace it. All that stuff you can't do reside on it.

As a long shot, you can try reseating the PEC cards, but that's a real hail mary.

connect pc to serial port and watch the bootup sequence. You'll most likely see the problem is the HD. If HD is ok should bring u to the login prompt.
