BCM 400 Xfer to VM

I have a user on a BCM 400 using a 1140e phone. If she has a call on hold and takes another call, she cannot transfer it to voicemail directly. A normal transfer works. She can transfer to voicemail if she only has one call.

Any thoughts? Is this a bug, limitation, or configuration problem?

The BCM software version is 4.0.2.03.

that's because she probably only has 2 intercom paths...
so say she has the 2 tied up there isn't another 1 to accomidate...solution add another intercom key if this is a matter issue for her.
