BCM 400 Voicemail

Has anyone seen this in the field: When I enter the prime DN for the voicemail I get "not allowed" this started happening when I put in cummulative 3 for a 3.6 BCM. I was witn the designers until 1:30 am and was not able to get this thing resolved. Additionally on cfna the calls just drop the monitor shows that it connects but drops afer a split second. f980, 981 982 all works. Anyone smarter than the designers your help is welcome.

Only time I ran into this it was corrupted keycodes on the system - removing and reinstalling the keycodes fixed it for me.

Can you dial the VM DN?
If you can't, than you have to ini bcm voicemail.

If you can...sorry can't help you there.

What do you mean by ini ?

I have the same problem here on bcm3.6, did not have the cummulative 3 patch on it though so that is probably not the problem.
Tried wiping the vmail completely and rebuilding did not work.
Checked the bft, has the blue colored caps.
I will try the keycodes like biv343 suggested and see if that works.
Please post the fix if you figure it out, I will do the same.
