If you can connect with BEM and vmails features work then why does your subject say VM is down?

Ok, when you call in you get RNA. Can not open MB's you can press F 981 and the screen is blank and the phone is locked up to get the phone back working and not locked up you need to reset it / unplug it.
System has been rebooted.
Can access BEM all looks normal.
VM is not working.
Want to reinstall but when entering F 982 get blank screen.
Was going to have the site try in services shut down and reset the VM services.

Ok thanks, the voice mail 9XX codes lock up the phone.
Sounds like HDD is failing.
Get a backup pronto.
You can go into Admin/General/Services and restart "voicemail" but since a reboot did not work I dont think this will.
If you replace the HDD then make sure it's a 4.0 and that you load the latest patches before doing any restore.
Sometimes the PS is the culprit as it might be failing.
Bad BFT, green capacitors are bad and bulged early, blue are good and lasted longer.
