Hi to all,
I am confronted with a problem in a BCM 400 v 3.7 when using Unified Manager to program an external autodial button. I have to insert a Pause in my dialing sequence but Unified Manager will not accept capital P as a special character for the Pause as it is possible to do in latest BCM version using Business Element Manager. Any idea what special character was used at that time to insert a Pause ?? I know I can program that button using Feature *1 and inserting a Pause with Feature 78 but my customer would really like to be able to program them with Unified Manager. Thanks

You can forget about my request. I just found out what it is. For those who would like to know the special character for a pause in these old BCM is F78 just like when we do it using a phone and Feature *1.
