Upgrade went OK until the final step of reinitializing where it hung for 24 hrs. Finally killed install and discovered the dreaded capacitor prob. Installed new board. Cannot connect to BCM to configure. Installed 3.7 upgrade cd but got message that the previous upgrade has not completed. Any ideas on how to restart the 3.0 to 3.6 upgrade so to allow to complete? I tried inserting the 3.5/3.6 cd but it will not allow any restart or recovery. Also, when attempting to connect to the BCM via lan, the Unified Manager configure login page says it is ver 3.6. (this login fails with message cannot connect to BCM). Cannot telnet.

If it was in the initialization phase when it failed, try running a universal profile. That might resolve the issue. If not, you're probably looking at a reimage of the drive to resolve the issue.

Thanks for the quick reply biv343. Reimage was the path of least resistance.
