Bcm 400 unified manager

BCM 400 3.7 can't access config from unified manager. I can get in and see the icons. It allows me to enter maintenence and also the call pilot interface. I am connecting with a cross over cable. Any ideas??

Probably a Java issue on your PC. Unified Manager uses Java, while CallPilot and other areas of the BCM do not.

I saw a previos post that said lower the security on java and another said uncheck the java box in internet options. Treid these but still no luck I will continue to try different setting, but if anyone can steer me in the right direction I would love it.Im using XP.

Does your login have full administrative privileges in the BCM?

Go to suns web site and download Java I had same issue!
