I have a custoemr BCM 400 R4.0. Attempted to preform a backup which failed with a "General Internal Error." Attempted to restart the backup and was told "Core Telephony is restarting. Try again in 5 minutes." Waited some time and still unable to preform backup and had no access to any system lists (Lines, Sets, Telephony Diagnostics, etc.) through Element Manager. Rebooted the system. The system with come up into a working state and I can access the programming through Telset, but nothing through Element Manager. Any ideas on how to correct?
