Hey guys,
I have a BCM 400 (3.6) and a BCM 50 (2.02). I have two VoIP gateway trunks on both systems and I have no problems dialing from the BCM 50 to the 400 but for the life of me I can not get the 400 to call the extensions of the BCM 50.
The BCM 400 has all 2xxx extensions and the BCM 50 has all 4xxx extensions. I have the destination codes built the same way on each, I have target lines built on each system. I have a PRI on coming into the 400 and it is handing me 4 digits for the DID's so i have the public receive length set to 4 on each system. Each of the VoIP trunks are in line pools and all DN's are assigned to the appropriate pool and the VoIP trunks are set as public trunks.
When I call from the 400 to the 50 I get dead air. It is not denying me access it simply is not routing the call. I do have a route assigned to the VoIP line pool and the destination code using the appropriate route.
I can ping the BCM 50 from the 400 location and the routers between the two are set to pass all traffic between locations.
If anyone has any ideas I would be eternally grateful.
Thanks..
