I have a BCM 400, here are the facts;
- 8 voip trunks Line pool B(over Cisco Pix VPN to remote site)
- mcdn is active
- PRI to telco lin pool BlocA(they are sending 7 digits)
- PRI has 2 blocks of numbers 461-4300 thru 461-4350 and 461-4700 thru 461-4750
- Remote Package is set to 01 for PoolB and BlocA
- DN's start at 2221
- 4 digits on private network
- 7 digits received on public network.
- Traget definded for each public and private number.
- Route destination codes are set to route 46147A to the BCM 50 via a public route and not absorbe any digits.
- Dial plan is CDP
The fact on the BCM 50 at the remote site;
- 8 voip trunks LinePool BlocB
- mcdn active
- 4 analog trunks to telco
- remote package set to 01 for pool BlockB
- 4 digits on private network
- 7 digits received on public network.
- Traget definded for each public and private number.
- Dial plan is CDP
Here is my issue, I cannot call a number that is assigned to the PRI DID block and have it ring on the BCM 50 at the remote site, nor can I route a call out thru the BCM 400 when dialing from a DN on the BCM 50. When I call in the station rings a couple of times and then the call drops. The caller hears a fast busy after a few seconds of silence.
I watched things in BCM monitor and CDP and things look normal, just cannot figure out why the station on the BCM50 cannot get the call.
I can call stations directly between the 400 and 50 with no issue, it is just when the call is going "public" where things break.
