BCM 400 Telephony Services

Has anyone had trouble with their BCM400 Telephony Services not opening? I need to get in and modify some parameters but Telephony Services will not expand or open up.

BCM400 ver 3.7

Check your Java version. May need to downgrade to 1.4 or 1.5.

That was it. Rolled Java back to 1.5 and it responds like it's supposed to.
