Good morning, Im hoping some good sole could help me out, we had a BCM system installed by BT some years ago as part of a greenfield built, we used it but never really used any or many of the features.

Ive been trying for the last couple of days to set-up an out of hours massage (5.30PM - 8.30PM / All day saturday and sunday and do nothing at any other time, only a message at these times?

For two groups, first group totally automatic , second group should be allowed to recieve calls if they wish , i.e. managers staying late.

We have direct dial numbers and the main number for that goes to reception (ext 360) all these numbers need to go to the message at these times.

Ive tried with the call pilot but no avial, read through the manual still in the dark , I think its someway the BCM may be setup, we have around 100 DN's. if anyone could help id be very appriciative, mow your lawn , make tea.

you need to record another greeting ie 2 and have that play between the times that u need.

Yup ive done the rocarding , added that to line assignment but the line will not chnage , just rings still ?
