BCM 400 Rls 3.7 No Unified Manager

We are trying to upgrade a BCM 400 rls 3.5 that was taken out of service to a Rls 3.7. We purchased a new 3.7 hard drive and replaced with a 3.7 it boots up and we can go into it through the com port but can not access it through the Unified Manager. Any help will be appreciated.

Did you initialize the disk properly? Have a look at the 3.7 I&M manual, the disk initialization procedure is in there.

If you purchased a new 3.7 hard drive then you will have tod to do a platform initialisation via the com port or telnet make sure you set the clock to something in 2007 or you will experience the Apache SSL bug once the system has finished the platform initialisation..

If its not broke tweak it..
