BCM 400 Rel 4.0 dial by number takes 2 or 3 attemps

Guys I have a BCM 400 4.0 that when the auto attendant answers and allows you to dial by extensions it take 2 or 3 attempts to get it to responded but will go through. I checked the patch history and it was patched just last year and they seem to be current. Not sure what it could be maybe local carrier? Thanks in advance for your assistance. I did power down BCM and no change.

Make sure patches SU Sys 032 and SU Desktop 019 are installed. These should get you current.

thanks guys present system is 032 and desktop is 018 I have a connections to get patchs but it takes a while is there any place I could download them myself
