BCM 400 Modem

I have a customer whom has a BCM 400, but there wasn't a modem installed on it.
We installed an NTAB9968 FRU Embedded Modem into the unit.
The BCM Unified Manager does not list it when trying to configure it, and it will not answer a call to it.

I was wondering if there was anything special that needs to be done in order to make this work.

Log into the Telnet interface:
Choose 1, then 1, then 1.
Running the initialize universal profile will do a force download of the drivers.

Clears up lots of weird stuff!
