BCM 400 Modem answers but will not let me in!!

BCM 400 3.7 has modem on front but when I get answered I try the ee_admin,PlsChgMe!,and no login.

Are you dialing in with a RAS/PPP connection?

If you can log onto the BCM with that username/password, it should work for dialup as well.

when onsite check that the user ee_admin has remote access rights assigned to it

It's only dialtone-VZ

I have logged in as ee_admin on both 10 and 11.
I will also check that remote access is checked with permission set on. Thanks to all that post the site is always great at helping us in the field.

I had a customer with ee_admin but no remote access rights.


what I would do is create a new user and give it every access right for yourself.

It's only dialtone-VZ
