BCM 400 LED Question

On a BCM 400, the left most LED is solid red all the time. It has a power symbol under it if I am not mistaken. Could someone tell me if this is normal or is there a problem. All services are working fine in the BCM.

Try checking and then reseting the alarms.

BFT went out this weekend. Telco had to replace it and both power supplies, red light went out when power supplies were changed.
