BCM 400 IP trunks disabled

I have two BCM 400"s and two BCM 50"s all linked together. 4 digit dialing between all switches has been working for some time now. Suddenly the IP trunks on both 400" show a state of N/A on Bus 0 under telephony resources, resulting in the inability to 4 digit dial. I am not able to enable and can't understand why. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

I only have time to do it right.
I don't have time to do it twice!

Are your keycodes still present?

Have you tried disabling and enabling the FEPS service?
