BCM 400 interoperability with Cisco Call Manager V9.1 Over H323

Hi,

We are currently trying to configure VOIP trunk between BCM 400 and Cisco Call Manager V9.1 over H323,

BCM 400 and Cisco are each in separate location,
both locations are connected by VPN Tunnel,

What we are facing is one way speech, When we call from BCM to cisco, we can hear each other,
When we call from Cisco to BCM we cannot hear each other,

Any help ??
