BCM 400 handset programing F986 while ringing...

Is it possible to program a handset to forward a ringing call to vm. I've tried fwd to vm but that only works on the next call. I've tried Transfer to vm but you have to pickup the line and then key in the vm number. The only thing that comes close is DND????

Any other sugestions?

DND is the only one that will work while the phone is ringing.

Try F984, that forwards your phone to your voicemail until you cancel the forward.

No, I think gberger is right. F984 only forwards the next calls not the call that is currently ringing. Thanks anyway.

But DND only stops the audio ringing it does not sent it to VM It still goes thru the number of rings on FWNA.
