BCM 400 4.0. It did this when it was at 3.7 also :/
My target line(s) are set to ring to the ext with 2 or more appearances. No control set. Prime set is the ext it is supposed to ring to. When I check the box DND on Busy then make my test calls, the second call to the phone will get a busy and the Ext never sees the call coming. I know the way DND works on the Norstars and BCM is it just really mutes the ring and you still have a visual of the call coming in. Now, if the Prime set is set to be the operator ext then it will give a visual to the ext originally being called but, it rings to the operator (prime set). I only want it to be muted at the ext being called.
And another thing, even without it being checked and the second call comes in, the ring is not at a lower volume but at whatever they set the volume to be. (same as the 1st calls vloume)
I have 2 BCM 400s 4.0 One with all digital exts and one with all IP exts and they both do the same thing and did from 3.7
