BCM 400 Dip Switch settings 1

I read the docs on this but it is a little confusing because of the old SW versions. I have a BCM 400 with 4.0 with 2 hard drives. SW and I am installing the following just in the main cabinet and I am not able to get the dip switches set properly. Does anyone know what they should be for each unit? On the BCM50 they are always ON.

BAY-1 DTM ( PRI ) TOP BAY
BAY-2 DSM 32+
BAY-3 ADM-8
BAY-4 ASM-8

The dip switch settings might vary depending on the current split parameter setting. This limits the amount of bus options and some modules such as ASM 8 can be configured on the same bus but follow on in port number order.
