Hello,

I'm looking to setup a way for callers to call in on one of our numbers and then be prompted to enter 1,2,0. Th callers would then be routed to a specific skillset basded on the entry. I don't see a way to actually make this work where the caller can press the button on the phone and get sent to skillset until after the greeting message has played. Is this possible?

Have the lines answered by AA. Create a greeting and CCR tree with the options you want and transfer each entry to the skillset of your choice.
 
Thanks for your help. I dont see any field that will transfer to a skillset. Am I missing it somewhere?

in Transfer press change and enter the skillset extn number.
