bcm 400 / call pilot

Hey I am trying to set my system to route calls to an auto attend. when I turn on a night button but it does not seem to be working quite right??
help please

what is the programming you've done?

You need to assign the lines to a ring grp, assign the vmail pilot to answer that ring grp, & Pgm the night service for manual.

If you are using DID's, I would recommend deleting all phones from Ring Group 001, and using Ring Group 002 instead. Reason being is that all lines default to Ring Group 001 and it's easier to change a few things than all lines..
